Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Any brick-and-mortar retailer in a brand-aligned industry is welcome to apply. We partner with retailers who share our passion for quality, performance, and great products.
What’s the minimum opening order?
There’s no minimum opening order! However, we recommend starting with 50–100 pairs to offer your customers a great selection of styles and designs. Plus, all wholesale orders over $999 qualify for free shipping.
What margins can I expect?
We offer keystone pricing on all wholesale orders, giving you a 50% retail margin. We believe great partnerships should be profitable for everyone.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from our warehouses in Markham, Ontario, for Canadian retailers, and Las Vegas, Nevada, for U.S. retailers.
Do you provide displays or marketing support?
We don't currently offer standard retail displays or marketing materials. However, we're always open to discussing custom marketing opportunities, partnerships, and in-store activations.
Can I order through Faire?
We don't currently sell through Faire. All wholesale orders are placed directly through Outway.
